The Bomb Life: 5 Must Visit Restaurants in Martha’s Vineyard Including Net Result, Lookout Tavern, and More!

Happy Memorial Day!
So after #HarvardReunion, a few friends and I decompressed in Martha’s Vineyard for a day. The weather was drizzly and rainy, so we spent most of our time eating, walking around, and eating some more!
Behold, 5 restaurants you must patronize should you visit MV:
1. Net Result (79 Beach Rd, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568)

The Net Result is a simple, no muss, no fuss seafood outpost with loads of yummy fish and shellfish dishes including Clam Chowder, fish sandwiches, and fried clams. I got the fried shrimp and it was yummy! Order inside; eat outside with a view of the water.

2. Lookout Tavern (8 Seaview Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557)

This restaurant is a step more fancy than Net Result in that it has table service, but still has more of a bar feel. Their lobster roll is super bomb! You must order it at least once should you find yourself on the island.

3. Biscuits (26 Lake Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557)

As its name implies, pop by biscuits for biscuits at brunch! This place is pure comfort food: blueberry pancakes, sausage patties, shrimp & grits, eggs, you get the point.

4. Ben & Bills Chocolate Emporium (20A Circuit Avenue, Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard, MA)

Satisfy your sweet tooth after a savory meal with a couple scoops from Ben and Bill’s. You can’t really go wrong with homemade ice cream! Scoops are very generous! Cash only. I recommend the Maple Walnut.

5. Linda Jean’s Restaurant (25 Circuit Ave Circuit Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557)

I personally have never been to Linda Jean’s, but my friends sing the praises of their breakfast platters and brunch menu.

Where do you like to eat on the island?
