Happy Monday!
So over the weekend, I attended my 25th Westminster High School Reunion!
It seemed like only yesterday it was 1999, and we were all headed off for new adventures, with dreams as high as the sky.
Now we’re all a little grayer, some with families and kids to boot. But it dawned on me just this year (!) that we’re all forever bound by our experiences at our perfectly imperfect school.
Of course I documented my experiences (as I always do) with a professional photographer. Christian Google did the honors of capturing my classmates and I at both our welcome class photo and our class party.
I was really aiming to reflect our school colors with green & white, wearing a Norma Kamali shirt dress and Manolo Blahnik mules on day 1 and a Retrofete Daniele Dress and Jessica Rich sandals for day 2:
I was on the reunion committee and while I wasn’t particularly present for the planning (my bad), I did take on the unofficial role of class documentarian by capturing the festivities in HD:
I love a good reunion! And I can’t wait for the next.
Go Cats!
Love & Light,
*At high school reunions, just be yourself! Make new friends. I had fascinating conversations with people I’ve known from a distance for years. Spread love. Smile. Most importantly: Show up and show tf out.
