Claire’s Life Atlanta: The Natural Hair Show in Hanifa, Grind Pretty Fest in Neon, and Celebrating Mielle Organics in Ulta!

We all know that Atlanta’s been open! This past weekend was chock full of events, ranging from celebrating Mielle Organic’s at Ulta Beauty to speaking at the Natural Hair Show to getting honored at Grind Pretty Fest!

Stop one was Ulta located at 2915 North Druid Hills Road, where you can now find Mielle Organics products!

I am even more of a fan of Monique Rodriguez after interviewing her (if you haven’t watched it, check it out here). I also always love to kick it with Toya Johnson and I met Latoya Forever and she is a hoot! All the ladies looked lovely, with Toya in Casablanca, Monique in Dior, and Latoya Forever rocking Bottega Accessories.

After swag surfing with them, I said hey to my homeboy Jeremy Haynes, stylist to the Atlanta A-list:

For the occasion, I slipped on an Indique wig (heyyy), and a Kynamah jumpsuit from FashionBombDailyShop.com. I completed with gold accents, including a Valentino belt, Gucci bag, Hanifa shoes, and my favorite Loewe Aviators from Style Eyes Optical!

Then it was off for lunch at Capital Grille (255 East Paces Ferry Road) and a quick meeting at my high school!

On Saturday, I spoke at the Natural Hair Show, a convention showcasing products, accessories, and panels all about Natural Hair and Empowerment.

Our panel was so dope! I learned so much from Bombshells  @scottiebeam @indigotaughtyou @abeillecreations @goodmoms_badchoices@naturallyphilo and @makhondlovu ! For the occasion, I wore a Hanifa runway look and a Mckenzie Liautaud Bombshell Pearl Necklace:

After speaking, I treated Fashion Bomb Daily Shop Atlanta based Designers Oyemwen, S Denton, Amy J, Kal Williams, London Couture, and Anthony Wilson to lunch at one of my favorites: Le Colonial at the Shops of Buckhead.

Afterwards I was very hot! And pooped.

But I had to rally yet again on Sunday to be honored at Grind Pretty fest’s 90’s themed event, alongside Necole Kane of XO Necole and Nicole Garner of Garner Style.

For the occasion, I wore a neon look, topped off by Jessica Rich Collection heels.

I draped a Gucci prayer cloth over my legs when I accepted my award from Grind Pretty owner Mimi J.

It was a full, fun, and fabulous weekend!

I’m taking a break! But if you’d like to book me to come twirl in your town, email book@clairesulmers.com.
