Where to Go in LA: Carrerra Cafe with Karen Civil, Bre Z and Lil Mama (Niatia)

Happy Thursday, folks!
As I type, I’m staring at trees and blue sky overlooking Silver Lake. I’m staying in my favorite AirBNB and will leave for a complimentary facial at Olehenriksens in about an hour!
After Kelley and I spent a few days recovering from CWC x Ty Hunter in the pool (pix coming soon), I got back to business, filling my schedule with meetings. Yesterday, I popped by Carrera Café (8251 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046) and chopped it up with Karen Civil, Lil Mama, and Bre Z (aren’t we a Motley Crew?).

The main question lingering in my mind is: should I move to LA? Each of them are East Coasters who have called LA home for several years, and they generously offered insight.

The consensus was: yes, move here! The pace is slower. There is some wild stuff going on. But if you stay focused, it’s a good look.
So it looks like it’s happening. LA will be challenging, but I’m always up for two things: A challenge. And change.
