Do What It Takes No Matter What: Wearing A Haus of Shea Black Sheer Floral Gown and Stuart Weitzman Nudist Sandals

Last night was one for the books! I was hustling around like a nutcase running errands in preparation for my trip to LA!

My new friend Crystal McCrary invited me to a fab gala that I definitely wanted to attend before hopping on my flight! So I had to get glam, pack, (attempt to) get things tailored, sign for packages and the whole nine before getting to the airport. Of course many things went wrong or were delayed, but bam: I pulled it off pretty well, huh?

I wore a dress by Shades of Shea for the Gala. My Uber driver was kind enough to wait for me outside for 20 minutes with my bags in his car and scoop me in time to get to JFK. I had a pair of jeans, a blazer, and flats on hand so I didn’t do the absolute most in the airport!

Did I get stares? Sure! But it’s all apart of the Bomb Life.
Most would have skipped the gala, but I felt it was important to be there, so I scurried around and almost sweated off my wig to make it happen. Don’t make excuses. Just make it happen, no matter what.
