So when I come to Atlanta for Thanksgiving, I typically keep it low key and kick it with my family. Making runs to the grocery store are the high points of any given day. So I was excited when my mentor/shero Kim Blackwell invited me to watch an Atlanta Hawks vs. Pelicans game last night. Isn’t she fly in her Gucci sweater and Brogue Pumps? She stays DRESSED!
I didn’t have any expectations aside from watching the game! And because Kim has great taste, I knew I’d have a first class experience. As we were watching the Hawks take a beating from our floor seats, Kandi and Don Juan sat next to us.
During the course of the game, I found out that Gucci Mane would be performing. He showed up with his girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir, who looked ravishing in red Alexander McQueen. She’s a sweetheart!
Right after Gucci’s performance, he decided to propose to Keyshia in front of the audience. It was so sweet! Don Juan captured this bomb video:

Afterwards, I headed to Cru, where Toya Wright was having a book launch. All of ATL’s finest came out, including Tiny, Kandi, Rasheeda, and more.
It was a great night! Atlanta always makes you feel so welcome. Everyone is super warm, and I love how everyone supports each other. It was wonderful to witness.
For the night, I wore my favorite Duckie Confetti fur vest, a Zara tie neck top I’ve had forever, BLK Metallic Jeans, and toe crushing Christian Louboutin pumps.
My eyes are a MESS. I think I’m gonna need emergency LASIK surgery because they are like rejecting my contact lenses. Waaah. More on that later.
