I posted the following phrase on Instagram after a morning of crying my eyes out to Bae.
Yes, things can seem cheery on social media, but being an entrepreneur is HARD. From finding the right team to finances to work/life balance, both the payoff and sacrifice are grand.
When you determine your own path, you can both win big or lose big. An article in Inc.com reports that 96% of small business fail in 10 years. Scary! And we just hit the 10 year mark!
As I say in my new book, it’s important to diversify. Pivot and continue to be creative. And know that it gets difficult for EVERYONE. But just push through. Take a nap. Keep going!
Keep a positive attitude. And know that great things, like fine wine, take time to mature. Get your team TIGHT and continue to shine.
