#NYFW Fall 2017 Style Diary: At the Amopé Shoe Truck in a Blood Honey 3D Blue and Pink Fur Zephyr Coat, Kyna Collection Pants, and a Borsalino Hat

So when you cry, the world comes to console you! My day got markedly better after I wrote this post yesterday!
Enthusiastic, fabulous readers came out to the Amopé shoe truck to show their support!

In addition to talking about shoes and the incomparable comfort Amopé insoles provide, I chatted with Hampton undergrads about the industry, gave advice to a future buyer, and got some hairspiration from Bombshells who popped by. You guys ride for me no matter what, and I love you for that! You keep me going and make life a true joy!

For the occasion, I wore a Blood Honey 3D Blue and Pink fur coat to match Amopé’s turquoise truck.

The coat was a statement! So I wore white Kyna collection pants and a shirt that is basically shredded. I popped the zipper and by the end of the day it was a shadow of its former self. It was good knowing you, crop top!

A Borsalino hat covered my head. I need to get my hair done but why bother when chic hats can conceal bad hair days and provide warmth?

After the Amopé truck, the plan was to go home, but the good Lord had other plans. A few stylists I know invited me to the Philipp Plein show, and it was a gag. Young Thug, Fetty Wap, and Desiigner walked; I was sitting behind Madonna, Kylie Jenner, Shay Mitchel, and Victor Cruz. The day started off low, but ended HIGH.

Days like yesterday showed me that there will be rainy days, but there are no rainbows without rain. When I feel like I’m falling, readers, stylists, and celebs are there to prop me up. I’m feeling more than blessed today! And excited for Valentine’s day:)
