Happy Friday, folks!
I’m in the British Virgin Islands, basking in the sun for Summer Sizzle BVI! Pierre is here with me and I plan on doing quite a few outfit changes, SO I thought I’d get a headstart and get caught up on what I’ve been wearing!
So the other day, my friend asked me to come and basically audition for a Reality Show.I signed something saying I wouldn’t disclose the name, but Use Your Imagination:) I gotta be honest, the prospect is certainly tempting, and it’s an idea I’ve mulled over more than once.
The pros of going on Reality TV: further exposure for me and my brand and the potential for more lucrative opportunities. The cons: Privacy would go out the window (no more riding the train for me–yes I ride the train–sometimes), judgement, and potentially TARNISHING what I’ve built by associating myself with nonsense. I don’t catfight and I’m not about the drama!
Anywho, I don’t think I have to worry about EITHER because the producers I met didn’t seem too jazzed with me, and it’s allll good. I definitely want to do TV in some capacity, but on my own terms, involving something work related. Everything else has the potential to get messy!
But at any rate, for my audition, I went for jazzy with a BCBG Max Azria fringed jacket I turned around and wore as a top. I added a casual twist with a kick with Zara boyfriend jeans and Louboutin heels.
I love how Sammy did my hair. I’ve already pulled it into a bun, but she does good work!
At any rate, what do you think? Should I take the reality show plunge?
*I first wore the jacket below:
Are you feeling the remix?
