OK! There are a few places you must go every time you’re in Paris (if you’re apart of the fashion crowd). L’Avenue on Avenue Montaigne is the place to be if you want to people watch and peacock (41 Avenue Montaigne):
I grabbed a meal there with two of my favorite fashionable people, Monique Rodriguez and Jeremy Haynes. I had escargots (of course) while Monique had the sea bass, which is delish! Jeremy had something raw haha. It’s always good to fellowship in fashion, while looking fly!
I know we look like we’re in different seasons, headed to different places–and you’d be correct. Monique and Jeremy were coming from the Louis Vuitton show, while I was headed to a Christian Siriano event. I also kinda packed for warmer weather but it is 100% fall here…!
I have been wearing MSO Lagos a lot! My final look was this dreamy pink dress, which I paired with my favorite Piferi heels and my Hermes mini Kelly.
Aside from one sick day (there was one day I did not leave the bed), Paris has been magical. I have one more show today before I bid one of my favorite cities Au Revoir.
Paris is like my fourth home, after New York, LA, and Atlanta. It’s in my blood. Funny enough, I was talking to an Uber driver yesterday who asked if it was my first time here. I told him I’ve been coming to Paris since 1997, and he said he was born in 2002. Wow—I felt old! But Paris has been a part of my life since I was his age and even before.
And it will always be….
