Claire’s Life : Celebrating the Fragrance Foundation Awards in a Romeo Hunte Long Trench with Train + Arrive Two Hours Early to Fly Out of Orlando

Happy Day Before Essence Fest!

I am currently in the airport in Charlotte, North Carolina, awaiting my flight. Bersically, American Airlines kept texting me, telling me my flight was delayed, and I misread the departure time for the boarding time. Face Palm!

Thankfully, they were able to find ONE SEAT (in the back of the plane) to get me to New Orleans, so I’m going to count my blessings and get to blogging while I wait!

A few weeks ago, I attended the Fragrance Foundation Awards:

The annual event, sponsored by The Fragrance Foundation, honors the fragrance industry’s creative achievements. For the occasion, I wore a look by Romeo Hunte:

It was a simple, fun look, for a fabulous night!

And with that, I think I’m all caught up on events from this month!

If y’all are at Essence this weekend, join me at the Mielle Organics pop up and booth and come say hey!
Love & Light,

*This is random, but I get my hair colored in Orlando with Kendall the Master Stylist every two months. And every time I go, I am appalled by the situation in the Orlando airport!

The security line takes a minimum of 30 minutes, then you have to take a train to your gate. If you don’t have Clear or TSR Pre check (which I’m going to get THIS MONTH), make sure you give yourself 2 hours to get through security and safely to your gate. Thank me later!
