A few weeks ago, I was graciously invited by my roll dog Mona Scott Young to Missy Elliott’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Celebration!
I am a HUGE fan of Missy Elliott! She is easily one of the most innovative artists of our generation. Her music and style are legendary, and her spirit is beyond humble. I felt super blessed to be in the room, and hang with her, Mona Scott Young, Simone Smith, Claudine Joseph, Rowena Husbands, Ty Hunter, Legendary Damon, LL Cool J, Ciara, Lizzo, and more!
For the occasion, I popped in one of my favorite color combination, pink and purple, rocking a Bishme Cromartie dress and Balenciaga boots.
Bishme is a designer you should know! He has appeared on Project Runway and has been worn by Leslie Jones and me!
I’m all about representing for emerging designers. Hopefully we can add Bishme to our shop soon!
