Alight guys! I am on Day 18 of 30 days of fitness!
It’s hard to stay motivated without a trainer! It’s also difficult to find time when you’re busy. Thankfully, my trainer Rustin Steward gave me the following at home workouts. They take 45 minutes each and get the job done!
Monday:
Core workout: do 1x
Plank with leg left 15 reps each side
Side plank hold for 30 sec
V-ups 15 reps
Bicycles 20 reps each sideWorkout A. do 3x
Squat 20 reps
Reverse lunge alternate 16 reps
Push-ups on knees 12 reps
Jumping jacks 45secWorkout B. Do 3x
Squat jumps 10reps
Dips 15 reps
High knees 45sec
Side lunge 10 reps each sideWednesday:
Core: 1x
Russian twist 60 total reps
Plank hold with reach 20 total reps
Leg raises 15 repsWorkout A:
Front lunge with twist 16 reps
Split jumps 20 total reps
Close grip push-ups 10 reps
Rows with resistance bands 15 repsWorkout B:
Ice skaters 20 reps total
V-ups 15 reps
Steps up on chair 10 reps each side
Shoulder taps 20 reps each sideFriday:
Repeat Monday’s workout
Some of the work outs are confusing. I had to look up V-Ups and Ice Skaters, etc (all the info is easily accessible via Youtube). But on days like today when I’m getting makeup done in 2 hours and will most likely not be able to make it to Runyon Canyon (as I did yesterday), the hotel workouts are the truth.
