Happy Tuesday!
So I celebrated my birthday Eve at the 83rd annual Golden Globes!
Finally, after almost 3 years in LA, I’m figuring out the cadence of Awards Shows, applying, and getting approved! We were cleared to do Social Media B Roll (no interviews this time), so I got busy taking videos of each look as soon as they entered. We had a great spot and went live from Tik Tok and Instagram!
All media were instructed to wear all black! I was super lucky to come across this Valdrin Sahiti dress at Style PR.
I completed the look with Flor de Maria platform shoes and a bag from FloreKNY.com.
I really was behind the scenes this time, though I was spied video bombing at Interview with Kevin Hart on ET, which was my crowning moment from the Awards! Funny, I was asking a security guard if I could walk through. She just so happened to be a Fashion Bomb Daily reader, and waved my videographer Chastity and I through. This was definitely not supposed to happen!
On the way out, I said hey to my friend Tyrone from Toronto:
Then I kicked off my heels and rested my back. Let me tell you I felt my age after being on my feet from 11am-6pm!!
My actual birthday was chill. I slept in, worked just a little, and enjoyed a tasty lunch by the sea at Nobu Malibu:
