Happy Monday!
So last week, I had the pleasure of interviewing Angela Simmons, and decided to pay homage to her glam/tomboy aesthetic with a somewhat experimental look: a Diane von Furstenberg Lysia Blouse, 3.1 Phillip Lim Houndstooth Shorts, and a Karl Lagerfeld Felt Baseball Cap.
Yes, I’m wearing a baseball cap. So out of my comfort zone (I personally prefer berets), but turns out I can rock a fitted…as long as Karl Lagerfeld is on it;)
I toned everything down with a Rebecca Minkoff blazer placed on my shoulders, and added a glam factor with Louboutin heels and a red lip (yassss to Sephora’s #1 lip stain!).
My favorite black driving gloves, and I was done.

I gotta tell ya, this ensemble was different for me, but I like it. I’m looking to go a bit more casual in the upcoming months. Hope you guys enjoy the journey as much as I do!
