Happy Friday!
I’m excited to be headed down to Philly for Conversations with Claire! Though Cocktails with Claire started out as being just about me, it has morphed into panels, shopping, and awards (I always start things small and then they become monsters!!! Lol). Conversations with Claire is a ‘retour a la source’ as the French say (it means return to the source). Just me, free drinks, and food. It should be fun!
Though I’m pretty active on the social scene and post my pictures allll the time, I actually am kinda shy. And I always think, “Will all these fly people really come out just for me?” I know I need to get over any pangs of self doubt or guilt surrounding building my brand. I’m a work in progress;)
Anyhoo, yesterday Ty Hunter, Kelley Carter, and I met to plan Cocktails with Claire x Ty Hunter LA (which unlike Convos with Claire is about to be the party of the year). After grabbing food (and drinks) at the Crosby Street Hotel, we made our way to a Pandora #DoPandora event and had way too much fun in their glitter booth:
This year, Pandora is all about female empowerment, and highlighting the ‘doers’ and entrepreneurs in our midst. I was really feeling their new collection, campaign, and messaging for 2017!
For the event, I rocked black and white with pops of red, namely a DVF shirt you can’t see, a Duckie Confetti fur, pants from Meow and Barks boutique, Versace pumps you can’t see, and a Louis Vuitton clutch from A Daily Diva.
I kinda wanted to switch into black pumps before I left, but my Uber was honking and I couldn’t find my house keys, so this is what you get.
