Y’all, I am here literally falling asleep at the airport before boarding my next flight. Just one more post, then I’m going to treat myself to a Dunkin Donuts Coolata (I hope they still make those)!

The annual affair is a celebration of art, culture, and community—raising vital funds to support emerging Black artists and education initiatives. This was my 3rd year attending, so I knew the drill: focus on a floral, spring like dress in a bright or pastel color.
Finish with a statement bag:
My morning was so stressful. My makeup artist canceled, I had to run to Queens to get glam, and I was choosing between wearing a gown or this. I’m glad the girls at Atelier Ndigo made me this flirty frock while I was in Miami. Aside from the frightful weather (it rained all day), this dress turned out to be the perfect piece for a springtime rendez vous.
