Happy Sunday!
I’ve been busy like a bee lately, so haven’t had a ton of time for writing! But I couldn’t let too much time pass without giving you guys a quick rundown of my Fashion Week!
This season, I was definitely ‘meh.’ Life is in flux, I’m focused on hosting and speaking, so I actually skipped out on Fashion Week for 2 days to speak at the Who’s the Bawse conference! But Fashion Week did have some high points.

1. Kicking it with Sevyn, Lala, and Kelly Rowland backstage at LaQuan Smith:
I always miss the LaQuan Smith show for some reason! But this season, I was not only just able to make the show, but I was also able to catch up with Girl Crushes Lala Anthony, Kelly Rowland, and Sevyn Streeter backstage. The front row was chock full of celebs at LQS–it was definitely a hot ticket!
2.Getting featured in NY Times Style AND In Style
As I said here, I didn’t shop at all for Fashion Week, and just shopped my closet. I have never been featured in a street style roundup–ever! So this was a nice and welcome surprise.
3. Hosting the Christien Kollection Show
Of course I was working during Fashion Week! I had a great time hosting the Kollection Vol 1 show alongside @IamHDiddy.
4. Stopping by Angela Simmons’s Bonnie Bouche Show
I ended my week with Angela Simmons’s Bonnie Bouche show, which featured designs by Duckie Confetti and Muehleder (who I am wearing above).
And that does it! Fashion Week this season was fun, but I am determined to BRING IT for next season!
