Style Diary: A Ricki Brazil Drape Top, Duckie Confetti Fur, Cartier Sunglasses, and a Zara Pencil Skirt

It’s cold in NYC! And when the weather outside is frightful, but you want to look fab, you wear fur.

What can I say? It’s warm, it’s luxe, it’s everything. I’ve found a ‘supplier’ aka Duckie Confetti, who has the most fabulous furs in his showroom. Every time I visit, I get carried away, hence my new pet.

I put it over an all black look, including a Ricki Brazil top, Zara pleather pencil skirt, and a wool coat.

Cartier shades, and I was set. What do you think?

*Random: I did an article on Wall Street Journal Editor Teri Agins for FBD, and during our conversation, she mentioned an interview she did with Anna Wintour, which I’m reading right now (check it out here). In it, Anna says, “I think fur is an important part of our business. I love fur. I love the fancy of it. I love what designers are doing with it in terms of accessories and colors. We totally supported it and will continue to support it.” A woman after my own heart!
