No Basics Brunch Style Diary: An Anthony Vaccarello x Versus Asymmetrical Shirt Dress and Versace Signature White Medusa Sandals

So this past weekend, I co-hosted a fabulous brunch with my boos, Legendary Damon and Ty Hunter.
Both Ty and Damon are known for their style, so you know we needed to show out! I suggested we all wear Versace (ya know, to look cohesive!).

I’ve actually been sitting on this Anthony Vaccarello x Versus shirt dress for a minute. I loved what Anthony did with Versus, and wanted just one piece from the collection! I ordered this dress in a size 44 and it was way too small. So I actually had to buy extra fabric and get it let out. I get everything tailored (you can see some behind the seams action on my Snapchat @ClaireSulmers).

I pulled out my Versace Medusa Sandals to accessorize, and splurged on some Versace gold hoop earrings.

Commenters on FBD are a trip! One person said I look juvenile because I wear designer clothing (?) and someone else suggested I change my hair (the nerve!). But I hope you can see from the below pictures and the video that the No Basics brunch and fashion is general is about dressing to reflect your personality and your lifestyle–regardless of what others think!
