Last week, I got dressed up to attend a dinner sponsored by Pikolinos shoes, hosted by Tai Beauchamp. The dinner was to raise awareness about a collection of beaded sandals, produced by Maasai women and sold by Pikolinos, whose proceeds directly benefit the Kenyan community. Scores of beautiful black editors filled the room as we fellowshipped and contemplated how we could give back this holiday season. There was some talk of a trip to Kenya to see the shoe design first hand. I’ll be there will bells on!
