106 & Park Style Diary: A Balmain Resort 2014 Lion Printed Tee, Gold Button Skirt, and Over the Knee Boots

So I was on 106 & Park yesterday!

It’s always a nerve wracking experience for me, but I’m becoming more at ease with being on the small screen;)
For the occasion, I went with trendy in a Lion Printed Tee and Skirt from Balmain’s Resort 2014 collection. I’m unabashedly obsessed with Olivier Rousteing and love what he’s doing with the brand, so felt I’d pay tribute to his design genius in a saucy, sassy, SHORT look.

I’ll admit, I was nervous about wearing such a mini on TV, but got a few tips before going on: if sitting on a high stool/chair, slide to the front and turn to the side. Put one foot in back of the other. I did allodat AND made sure my hand was strategically placed as not to flash the audience!
At any rate, I enjoyed this look:

I thought it was skewing a little THOT-ish (Thot is my new favorite word, LOL), but I guess the mile high boots balanced out the shortness of the skirt.

There you have it! Here’s hoping for even more twirls on TV. Hmm..what shall I wear next?
